The MiMo BIC is a nonprofit organization working to promote economic development within the historic MiMo Biscayne corridor, through the development of a formal Business Improvement District (BID).
On this site, you can learn more about our goals, BIDs in general, the architectural period we call MiMo (short for 'Miami Modern'), and the vibrant commercial and residential corridor along Biscayne Boulevard north of downtown Miami.

BISCAYNE BOULEVARD STREETSCAPE VISION Urban planners Charles Bohl, Jaime Correa, and Jennifer Garcia have developed a beautiful reimagining of Biscayne Boulevard, through community stakeholder input, statistical analysis, street renderings, and other data. The plan will serve as a blueprint for the creation of a business district that is pedestrian-friendly, vibrant, and attractive. |

PROPERTY TAXES UPDATE Miami-Dade County Property Appraiser Pedro Garcia has released on 01 July the final 2010 Taxable Values Table. Specific details for individual folios will become available later this month. |
